Jose Santamaria was born in Central America (El Salvador). Proud of his Latin heritage, he has immersed himself in Salsa. Jose has been teaching for 3 years and now he is the director of the first teen age troupe "Salsa Fresca Dance Company" and recently has started an adult troupe "Sangre Latina Dance Company". Jose also teaches Salsaerobics, cha-cha-cha, bachata, meringue, and hip-hop.
