A fun, funky and invigorating training program
designed to challenge you both mentally and physically, while
burning between 600 and 1000 calories per hour. Incorporating
high intensity kicking routines with upper body drills, this class
will help you increase your stamina, coordination, and strength
as you learn basic martial arts techniques.

about the instructor
Shannon Davison is Turbo Kick certified and TaeBo
trained. She has been training and instructing cardio kickboxing
for 5 years. As an avid runner and yoga student, she incorporates
these skills into her classes for a complete body-conscious workout
that improves muscle tone, balance and flexibility.
